Who is SpotShare Designed For?SpotShare is designed for any property where residents have reserved parking spots, or there are spots that you want to make available on a reservation basis. Typically, SpotShare will be used in in-town properties, where parking is scarce. If your property has guest parking, you can assign some or all of that parking to SpotShare as a permanently donated spot (or on a schedule, as needed). If your property has staff parking spots, you can set it up so those spots are donated (possibly automatically) during the times that they are not being used. You can cancel the donation if needed.
